Job Brief
We are looking for an experienced Marketing Manager who has led teams and the Marketing department with proven marketing strategies, project management, and leadership skills. Detail Oriented is a must and keen advertising eye is a plus.

Responsibilities:
  • Lead a the company's marketing team consisting of Web Developer, Graphics Designer, Lead generator, and Content Writer.
  • Develop strategies and tactics to get the word out about our company and drive qualified traffic to our front door
  • Deploy successful marketing campaigns and own their implementation from ideation to execution
  • Experiment with a variety of organic and paid acquisition channels like content creation, content curation, pay per click campaigns, event management, publicity, social media, lead generation campaigns, copywriting, performance analysis
  • Directing, planning and coordinating marketing efforts
  • Prepare and monitor the marketing budget on a quarterly and annual basis and allocate funds wisely
  • Measure and report on the performance of marketing campaigns, gain insight and assess against goals
Qualifications
  • Bachelor degree or master degree in marketing, business administration, or any related field
  • At least 4 years of experience in creating a marketing campaign, marketing strategy, and marketing plan.
  • At least 4 years of experience in online marketing, including social media, and content marketing.
  • At least 4 years of experience in a leadership role
