Develop and implement integrated marketing plans aligned with company goals and sales targets. Conduct market research and competitive analysis to identify trends, customer needs, and opportunities. Manage digital marketing strategies, including social media, email campaigns, and website content. Plan and oversee promotional events, trade shows, and product launches. Collaborate with the sales team to develop tools and campaigns that support lead generation and customer engagement. Monitor and analyze the performance of marketing campaigns using KPIs and analytics tools. Oversee the creation of marketing materials including brochures, presentations, advertisements, and videos. Manage external agencies, vendors, and service providers related to marketing functions. Maintain brand consistency across all channels and communications. Prepare and manage the marketing budget. Provide regular reports and presentations to management on marketing performance and ROI. Accept and perform such other functions as may be assigned by direct heads. Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field. Minimum of 4 years of experience in a managerial marketing role, with at least 2 years of overall marketing experience (preferably in the heavy equipment, construction, or industrial sectors). Strong knowledge of traditional and digital marketing tools and platforms. Proven track record in developing successful marketing campaigns and strategies. Excellent communication, leadership, and interpersonal skills. Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities. Proficiency in marketing software and CRM platforms. Ability to multitask and work under pressure in a fast-paced environment. Willing to travel for events, site visits, or marketing campaigns when necessary.
