Job description

A. Operations

  • Solicit and attend in customer bookings throughout the entire process of Import and Exportation.

‌- Prepare and review shipping documents, including HBL, MBL, commercial invoices, packing list, and Certificates of origin

‌- Communicate effectively with clients to understand their import and export logistics requirements

-‌ Address customer inquiries and concerns promptly to ensure a positive customer experience

‌- Collaborate with internal teams to coordinate and monitor the entire logistics procedure. (Operations, Principal and Accounting)

‌- Assist in resolving issues related to shipments, delays, and customers clearance

‌- Facilitate smooth communication between clients, carriers, and customs authorities

‌- Timely preparation and processing of shipping documentation (Import and Export) ex. HBL, MBL, Billing documents, Carriers Invoice

‌- Handle and resolve customer complaints or issues related to logistics services

‌- Stay informed about industry developments and proactively share relevant information with customers

‌- Avoid unnecessary charges such as amendment and late manifest

‌- Provides up to date details to avoid demurrage detention

B. Customer Satisfaction

-‌ Provides timely accurate and complete information

‌- Handle customer complaints, provider appropriate solutions and alternatives within the time limits

‌- Follow communication guidelines and policies

Requirement:

Must be a graduate of BS Administration / BS Customs Administration or related field.

Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply.

Background or experience with Logistic/Shipping/Freight Forwarding.

Willing to be train.

Good communication and presentation skills.

Must possess excellent interpersonal skills.

Proficient in MS Office applications (Word, Excel, Powerpoint).

Amenable to work/relocate in San Pedro, Laguna.
