About the Role
As part of the McDuffy Sales Team, you'll play a vital role in expanding our reach and strengthening our relationships with key partners. You'll be responsible for identifying growth opportunities, building meaningful connections with clients, and helping deliver McDuffy's premium recipes, treats, and accessories to more homes across the country.
This role is ideal for someone who's proactive, persuasive, and genuinely passionate about improving pets' lives.
What You'll Do
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities to grow McDuffy's retail and distribution network.
- Cultivate long-term partnerships with key accounts, ensuring client satisfaction and consistent sales growth.
- Represent McDuffy in expos, events, and conferences — sharing our mission and showcasing our products with confidence.
- Achieve and exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets across B2B and B2C channels.
- Collaborate closely with marketing and operations to align sales strategies with brand initiatives.
- Maintain detailed records and insights using CRM tools (HubSpot, Salesforce, or similar).
- Monitor industry trends, competitor activity, and customer feedback to identify new opportunities.
What You'll Bring
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets in a fast-paced or high-growth environment.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Ability to understand customer needs and clearly communicate how McDuffy's products can meet them.
- Experience in the pet care, retail, or FMCG industry is a plus — but a genuine passion for pets is essential.
- Familiarity with CRM systems (HubSpot, Salesforce, or similar).
- Willingness to work on-site in San Pedro, Laguna and travel for client meetings or events as needed.
