Job Summary:

The Data Encoder serves as a key support role between the Commercial and IT departments. This role is responsible for encoding and managing accurate commercial-related data and facilitating communication between Commercial and IT teams to ensure the smooth execution of systems and reports.

JOB DESCRIPTION:

Data Encoding

  • Accurately encode Commercial-related data such as merchant and customer information into databases or CRM tools.
  • Organize and manage digital assets (e.g., images, videos, documents) in shared drives or file management systems.
  • Verify the accuracy and completeness of data before entering it.
  • Maintain the confidentiality and integrity of sensitive information.

Commercial-IT Coordination:

  • Act as a liaison between the Commercial and IT departments for tech-related Commercial needs (e.g., Encoding and on-boarding of merchant and customer related details to BTI platform/s).
  • Coordinate with IT to implement and troubleshoot digital Commercial tools, platforms, and integrations.

Administrative Support:

  • Send manual daily transactional report to respective biller accounts, if needed.
  • Maintain documentation of processes, SOPs, and guidelines relevant to the IT-Commercial workflow.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Information Technology or related field.
  • Previous experience in a similar coordinator or encoder role is a plus.
  • Familiarity with basic digital Commercial tools.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office (especially Excel) and/or Google Workspace.
  • Strong attention to detail, organizational, and time management skills.
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills; able to work cross-functionally.
  • Basic understanding of web technologies is a plus.

Work Schedule: Monday to Saturday, 8 AM – 5 PM (2 days WFH, 4 days onsite)
