Key Responsibilities:

Supplier Master Data Management

  • Create and maintain comprehensive supplier records.
  • Contact suppliers to collect and update missing compliance documents (e.g., Certificates of Registration, tax documents).

    Ensure all supplier information meets legal and regulatory requirements.

Data Encoding for Import and Inventory Processes

  • Encode arrival vessel details for imported vehicles.
  • Register imported vehicles into the vehicle inventory system, ensuring accuracy and completeness.

Spare Parts Master Data Management

  • Maintain up-to-date spare parts records with complete specifications.
  • Collaborate with internal teams and vendors to gather missing details (e.g., safety inventory data, supplier and dealer costs).
  • Ensure alignment with operational standards and data accuracy.

Operations and Process Encoding

  • Support the encoding requirements for various business processes (e.g., vehicle relocation, marketing campaigns, promotional events).

    Assist in documenting workflows related to vehicle transfers, process improvements, and other operational activities.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Information Management, or a related field (or equivalent work experience).
  • 2+ years of experience in data encoding, data management, or administrative support.
  • Strong attention to detail and high accuracy in data entry.
  • Excellent organizational and communication skills.
  • Proficiency with MS Office (Excel, Word) and familiarity with data management tools.
  • Knowledge of supplier data management, vehicle inventory, or automotive industry practices is a plus.
  • Basic understanding of process automation tools is an advantage.
