Duties and Responsibilities
Manage day-to-day office operations to ensure smooth workflow.
Maintain accurate records, files, and documentation.
Assist in budget preparation, expense tracking, and financial reporting.
Handle procurement processes including canvassing, purchase requests, and supplier coordination.s.
Prepare and draft correspondence, memos, reports, and presentations.
Organize meetings, events, workshops, and travel arrangements.
Act as liaison between management, staff, and external stakeholders.
Provide administrative support to executives, managers, and project teams as needed.
Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Office Management, or related field.
At least five (5) years of experience in office administration or similar role.
Strong organizational, communication, and interpersonal skills.
Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and office management systems.
Ability to multitask, prioritize, and work under minimal supervision.
High level of integrity, discretion, and professionalism.
