Job Summary:

The Inventory Associate is responsible for accurately managing and maintaining inventory levels of salt, chemicals, and other agri-products in the warehouse. This role ensures that all stock is properly recorded, stored, rotated, and handled according to company policies and industry regulations.

Inventory Management:

  • Conduct daily inventory summary of stocks in the Warehouse
  • Track inventory movement using Excel and SAP system

  • Record all incoming and outgoing stock with accuracy

  • Maintain accurate inventory logs and update system records in real-time.

  • Assist in generating inventory reports for management review.

Documentation & Reporting:

Accountable for the following reports:

  • Daily Stock Position report
  • Weekly Goods Issued & Goods Receipt report
  • Vessel Receiving report – Actual received (Excel) vs. SAP system record
  • Bad Orders Monitoring report
  • For Credit Memo report – Daily for Warehouse Department & Weekly for Logistics Department
  • Daily monitoring of Salt & Cornstarch inventory report

Qualifications & Skills required:

  • Graduate of any 4-years Business related Course
  • With at least 2 years of experience in inventory control, preferably in a distribution or manufacturing environment
  • Experience with inventory software (e.g., SAP and Excel)
  • Attention to detail and strong organizational skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Can work in a fast-paced environment
  • Strong communication skills (verbal and written)
