Job Overview

The Sales Associate is responsible for achieving sales targets for designated products or categories in the store. The role ensures excellent customer service through strong product knowledge and engagement, maintains store displays in line with visual merchandising standards, and oversees inventory levels to support timely replenishment.

Key Responsibilities

  • Achieve and exceed sales targets for assigned products/categories.
  • Monitor, analyze, and report on sales performance.
  • Deliver exceptional customer service through product expertise and personalized assistance.
  • Maintain neat, organized, and visually appealing store displays that comply with merchandising guidelines.
  • Track inventory levels and prepare purchase orders to ensure timely SKU replenishment.

Qualifications

  • Senior High School graduate or College level.
  • Preferably with at least 6 months of retail sales experience.
  • Strong communication and customer service skills.
  • Basic knowledge of inventory management is an advantage.
  • Willing to work on shifting schedules, including weekends and holidays.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: Php18, Php19,000.00 per month
