About the role

We are seeking an enthusiastic and customer-focused Customer Service Representative - CHAT Support to join our growing team at Talent Outsourcing Channel Solutions' in Makati City, Metro Manila. As a full-time Customer Service Representative, you will be responsible for providing exceptional service to our clients and their customers, handling a wide range of inquiries and issues in a professional and efficient manner.

What you'll be doing

  1. Answering and responding to inbound customer calls in a timely and courteous manner
  2. Addressing customer queries, concerns, and complaints, and working to resolve issues to the customer's satisfaction
  3. Accurately documenting customer interactions and maintaining detailed records
  4. Identifying opportunities to improve customer service processes and procedures
  5. Promoting and upholding the company's brand, values, and customer service standards
  6. Collaborating with team members to ensure a cohesive and effective customer service experience

What we're looking for

  1. Previous experience in a customer service or call centre role, preferably in the call centre and customer service industry
  2. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to listen actively and respond effectively
  3. Strong problem-solving and critical thinking skills to handle a variety of customer inquiries and issues
  4. Proficiency in both verbal and written English
  5. Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced, high-volume environment
  6. Commitment to providing exceptional customer service and a positive attitude
