About the role

As a Customer Retention Specialist at topbet tech corp,., you will play a crucial role in maintaining and strengthening relationships with our valued customers. Responsible for addressing customer inquiries, resolving issues, and identifying opportunities to retain and grow our customer base, this full-time position is based in Paranaque City, Metro Manila.

What you'll be doing

  1. Proactively reach out to customers to understand their needs and concerns
  2. Provide exceptional customer service and find solutions to address customer issues
  3. Identify opportunities to cross-sell and upsell products and services to existing customers
  4. Maintain detailed records of customer interactions and follow-up activities
  5. Collaborate with other teams to ensure a seamless customer experience
  6. Continuously seek ways to improve customer retention and satisfaction

What we're looking for

  1. Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to interact with customers in a professional and empathetic manner
  2. Excellent problem-solving and critical thinking skills to effectively address customer concerns
  3. Demonstrated experience in a customer service or call centre environment, preferably within the technology or telecommunications industry
  4. Familiarity with customer relationship management (CRM) systems and data analysis
  5. Ability to work in a fast-paced, target-driven environment and meet performance goals
  6. Proficiency in English, both written and verbal
