We are seeking a highly experienced Executive Assistant with a strong background in Victorian real estate—specifically within commercial and industrial sectors. The ideal candidate is not just an administrator but a strategic partner who can support at a CEO level and drive operational excellence.
Key Requirements
Real Estate Experience – Victoria Focus
- Strong knowledge of Victorian sale contracts, lease agreements, and commercial/industrial property processes.
Executive-Level Administrative Background
- Must have worked directly with business owners or CEOs in fast-paced environments.
- Proven ability to handle high-pressure workloads, quick turnarounds, and maintain accountability for daily tasks and sales forecasting.
Communication & Client Management
- Confident in handling phone calls, emails, follow-ups, and appointment setting on behalf of the CEO.
- Professional and trustworthy when managing sensitive data and financial information.
Proactive and Results-Driven
- Not just an admin—someone who can think ahead, take initiative, and contribute to growth.
- Passionate, goal-oriented, and committed to excellence.

Must-Haves
- Real estate experience specifically within Victoria (commercial/industrial preferred)
- Executive-level administrative background, ideally having worked directly with business owners or CEOs
- Confident phone and email handling — including follow-ups, appointment setting, and professional communication
- Proven long-term tenure in previous roles, demonstrating commitment and reliability
