About the role

We are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Customer Service Representative to join our dynamic team at GDV BUSINESS SERVICES CO.'. As a Customer Service Representative, you will be responsible for providing outstanding support to our customers through various communication channels, including phone, email, and chat. What you'll be doing

  • Responding to customer inquiries and resolving issues in a timely and efficient manner
  • Providing accurate information and guidance to customers on our products and services
