About the Role

We are looking for a proactive and results-oriented
Business Development Officer
to join our dynamic team. The successful candidate will play a vital role in driving business growth, identifying new opportunities, and supporting the company's strategic initiatives through research, client engagement, and executive support.

Key Responsibilities

  • Serve as the
    Executive Assistant to both the CEO/SGO
    , providing comprehensive administrative, strategic, and project management support.
  • Participate in executive-level planning and coordination, ensuring effective cross-functional communication across Sales, Operations, Finance, and Business Development.
  • Prepare reports, presentations, and internal documentation for executive review, ensuring accuracy, professionalism, and timeliness.
  • Develop
    financial projections
    to forecast revenues, expenses, and profitability, providing insights to support strategic and financial planning.
  • Conduct market and industry research to analyze trends, assess competitors, and identify emerging business opportunities.
  • Manage administrative functions such as scheduling, record-keeping, and correspondence to support efficient day-to-day operations.
  • Design and implement
    business plans
    outlining company goals, target markets, and growth strategies.
  • Create and deliver
    business proposals
    to potential clients, partners, and investors to support business expansion.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Entrepreneurship, Finance or any related field.
  • At least
    2 years of experience
    in business development, research, or a related field.
  • Strong analytical, research, and presentation skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
  • Ability to multitask, work independently, and collaborate effectively with a team.
  • Willing to travel for fieldwork and client meetings.
