We are seeking a highly organized and proactive Warehouse Supervisor with experience in food production or commissary operations. The successful candidate will oversee daily warehouse activities, ensure compliance with food safety standards, and lead a team to maintain efficient inventory and distribution processes.

Key Responsibilities

  • Supervise warehouse staff and daily operations, including receiving, storage, and dispatch of goods.
  • Ensure compliance with food safety, hygiene, and quality standards.
  • Monitor inventory levels and maintain accurate records.
  • Coordinate with production and logistics teams to ensure timely delivery of commissary items.
  • Implement and enforce warehouse policies, procedures, and safety protocols.
  • Train and mentor staff to improve efficiency and accountability.
  • Conduct regular audits and reports on warehouse performance.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Logistics, Supply Chain, Business Administration, or related field (preferred).
  • Minimum 3–5 years of supervisory experience in warehouse operations, preferably in food production or commissary industry.
  • Familiarity with HACCP, GMP, or other food safety standards
  • Strong knowledge of inventory management systems and warehouse best practices.
  • Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: From Php25,000.00 per month
