As an
Account Executive
you will be managing client relationships, driving revenue growth, and ensuring customer satisfaction by meeting sales targets and delivering tailored business solutions that support client and company success.

  • Act as the main contact for assigned accounts, building strong client relationships. Understand client goals and provide tailored solutions through regular communication and check-ins.
  • Meet or exceed sales targets by identifying upselling, cross-selling, and new business opportunities within the commercial segment.
  • Address client concerns promptly and coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth delivery of products and services.
  • Stay updated on market trends and competitor activities to provide clients with valuable insights and position the company as a trusted advisor.
  • Maintain accurate CRM records, prepare performance reports, and ensure compliance with company policies.

Qualifications

  • Education:
    Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or Communications
  • Experience:
    1–2 years in sales, customer service, or account management; experience in consumer electronics (software/hardware) preferred
  • Skills:
    Strong communication, negotiation, and client relationship skills; motivated with good time management and multitasking abilities
  • Location:
    Willing to work in Shaw Boulevard, Mandaluyong City
