We are seeking a reliable, detail-oriented Telehealth Schedule to support our growing telehealth services team. This role is essential in ensuring a smooth scheduling experience for both patients and providers, especially during peak times or when primary staff are unavailable.

Responsibilities:

  • Coordinate telehealth appointments for patients
  • Manage and update scheduling systems accurately
  • Provide exceptional customer service to patients and providers
  • Address scheduling conflicts or adjustments promptly

Requirements:

  • Prior experience in telehealth scheduling is required
  • Exceptional organizational skills and attention to detail
  • Strong verbal and written communication abilities
  • Proven ability to adapt to dynamic schedules and work flexible hours
  • Proficient in scheduling software and telecommunication platforms
  • Demonstrates excellent phone etiquette and a high level of professionalism
  • Must be amenable to start as soon as possible
