  • Coordinate and manage telehealth appointments efficiently
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date scheduling systems
  • Provide backup support during team member absences
  • Deliver outstanding customer service to both patients and healthcare providers
  • Resolve scheduling conflicts quickly and professionally

What We're Looking For:

  • Experience in telehealth scheduling (required)
  • Strong communication and organizational skills
  • Ability to adapt to changing schedules and work flexible hours
  • Proficiency in scheduling software and telecommunication tools
  • Excellent phone etiquette and a professional demeanor
  • Available to start immediately
