The Marketing Manager is responsible for developing and executing strategic marketing plans that drive business growth, strengthen brand presence, and increase customer acquisition and retention across all channels — online, telephone, and in-store nationwide. This role leads a multifunctional marketing team to deliver impactful campaigns, support sales performance, and enhance Asia Glass Group's brand competitiveness. The position collaborates closely with Operations, Supply Chain, Procurement, and the Executive Committee to ensure that marketing initiatives are aligned with company objectives, sales goals, and operational capacity.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in marketing, Business Administration, or related field
  • Master's degree or certification in Digital Marketing / Brand
  • Management is an advantage
  • Additional training in Project Management is a plus
  • 5+ years of experience in marketing, sales leadership, or brand management
  • Proven experience in developing marketing strategies with measurable results
  • Strong background in trade marketing, digital marketing, and CRM
  • Experienced in managing multi-channel marketing operations and cross-functional team

Pay: From Php34,000.00 per month
