WHAT YOU'LL DO

Accounts Payables:

  • Review the Accounts Payable (AP) process from time to time.
  • Keep track of all payments and expenditures, including invoices, statements, etc.
  • Assist in Accounts Payables and related finance processes.
  • Processing and payment of vendor invoices and staff expense claims.
  • Assist in performing vendor and bank reconciliations when needed.
  • Work closely with the HK team to resolve all payables-related issues with internal and external stakeholders.
  • Work experience as a Finance Assistant or related job.
  • Other ad hoc requests assigned by the manager.

Accounts Receivable:

  • Manage Accounts Receivable and related finance processes
  • Issue invoices to customers and ensure timely collection of payments.
  • Do bank reconciliation or payment application to invoices
  • Maintain records of aging receivables and assist with collections
  • Perform revenue reconciliation every monthly closing
  • Prepare and arrange the refund of the tenant's deposit
  • Prepare month-end reports as required by the manager and other stakeholders
  • Analyze AR data and provide insights to senior management to support decision-making
  • Identify potential risks related to accounts receivable and develop strategies to mitigate them
  • Continuously assess and improve AR processes to increase efficiency and accuracy
  • Other ad hoc requests assigned by the manager

WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR

  • Bachelor's Degree in Accounting, Finance, and other related fields.
  • At least 2-3 years of relevant experience (hotel industry experience will be an advantage).
  • Sharp analytical skills coupled with good interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Ability to handle multiple priorities under a tight deadline in a fast-paced environment.
  • Knowledge in Xero would be an advantage.
