About the role

The Credit Data & Reporting Manager will oversee end-to-end data processes that enable efficient campaign execution, ensure accurate and timely bureau and regulatory reporting, and drive advanced insights through AI-powered dashboards. This role ensures data quality, compliance, and timely delivery of insights to drive business decisions. The role will collaborate with marketing, consumer lending, IT, and analytics teams to enable accurate and efficient execution while maintaining strong data governance practices. This role will also collaborate closely with data engineering teams to architect fit-for-purpose datasets that are well-designed, scalable, and aligned with business and analytics requirements.

Campaign Execution

  • Manage data extraction, transformation, and audience segmentation for marketing and lifecycle campaigns.
  • Partner with marketing and IT teams to streamline campaign execution workflows.
  • Develop automated processes to validate campaign readiness and reduce execution risks.

Bureau & Regulatory Reporting

  • Lead preparation and submission of periodic regulatory and credit bureau reports in line with central bank and local statutory requirements.
  • Ensure accuracy, completeness, and timeliness of all regulatory and bureau submissions.
  • Maintain audit trails, documentation, and version control for all reports.
  • Collaborate with compliance and risk teams to address findings from regulators or auditors.

AI Driven Dashboard Development & Analytics

  • Using AI to design, develop, and maintain dashboards to monitor campaign performance, portfolio health, and credit risk KPIs.
  • Translate business requirements into actionable data visualizations for senior management.
  • Implement automated reporting solutions to improve efficiency and accuracy.
  • Proactively identify trends, risks, and opportunities through data analysis.

Must haves

  • Bachelor's degree in data science, Information Systems, Statistics, Finance, or a related field (Master's preferred)
  • 5+ years relevant work experience
  • Proficient in SQL and Python for data manipulation and reporting
  • Hands-on experience with BI / visualization tools (e.g., Power BI, Tableau, Qlik)
