We are seeking a Finance and Accounting Division Head to lead our Finance Department, ensuring our company's continued financial growth and stability.

Key Responsibilities

Lead the annual budgeting process and manage company budgets, funds, and investments.

Implement effective financial controls, policies, and systems.

Assist management in securing funding and investments.

Prepare accurate financial reports, forecasts, and analyses for decision-making.

Supervise and guide Finance Department team members.

Coordinate with banks, external auditors, and investors for required reports and documentation.

Ensure compliance with laws, procedures, and company values.

Requirements

Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field.

Minimum 5 years of experience in a similar leadership role.

Willing to work in Cebu City.

Progressive, ambitious, and adaptable to a high-growth, tech-driven environment.

Experience in farm or livestock raising is a plus.

Strong analytical, organizational, and mathematical skills.

Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with a positive work attitude.

Proven expertise in financial analysis, budgeting, and cash flow management.

Proficient in MS Excel, Word, and PowerPoint (knowledge of accounting software is an advantage).

Strong written and verbal communication skills.
