Sysgen RPO is hiring Management and Finance Accounting for one of the fastest growing agricultural companies in Cebu

Duties & Responsibilities:

  1. Oversees and controls the flow of cash, income, expenditures and financial instruments
  2. Reviews financial reports, monitor accounts, prepare activity reports and financial forecasts
  3. Analyze financial performance against key business metrics and document pertinent financial highlights that will enable management to determine progress against budgets
  4. Identify, investigate, and analyze potential finance process improvement.
  5. Investigates ways to improved and/or maintain profitability and cash flows
  6. Conducts annual budget processing

Major Deliverables:

  1. Management and control of company budget, funds and investments
  2. Development and administration of financial systems/models
  3. Assists the management in securing funds and investments
  4. Consolidate financial reports, budget, accounts analysis for management reporting
  5. Performance of financial risk assessments
  6. Management and supervision of the activities of the finance department
  7. Preparation of financial documents and reports as required by the banks and other finance agencies.
  8. Assists the management in strategic analysis and planning
  9. Compliance to the applicable laws and procedures and to the company's core values

Minimum Requirement:

  1. Graduated Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting or any related course from a reputable University
  2. With at least 5 years of experience in the same position
  3. Must be willing to be assigned in Cebu City
  4. Preferably with previous employment from Top 5 Auditing and Accounting Firm
  5. Progressive, ambitious and can work in a high growth, innovative, technologically cutting-edge livestock business
  6. Experience in farm or livestock raising is a plus
  7. Detail-oriented and organized, and have strong mathematical and analytical skills
  8. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, works well with people with positive work attitude
  9. Strong experience in financial analysis, budgeting and cash flow projections
  10. Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Work, Outlook and Powerpoint
  11. Strong verbal and written communication skills
  12. Knowledge in Accounting software system is an advantage
