Jr. Finance Manager
  • Education: Bachelor's degree in Accountancy, Finance, Business Administration, or related course (CPA license not required).
  • Experience: Minimum of 3 years in finance, accounting, or compliance, with proven experience in handling BIR submissions, taxation, audits, and regulatory requirements.

  • Compliance & Audit Expertise:

  • Strong knowledge and hands-on experience in BIR filings, tax returns, and statutory compliance.

  • Experienced in audit preparation and support (internal and external), ensuring accuracy of financial records and compliance with policies.
  • Capable of ensuring timely and accurate submissions to avoid penalties.

  • Technical Skills:

  • Proficient in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).

  • Familiar with electronic BIR filing systems (eFPS, eBIRForms) and accounting software/ERP.

  • Key Competencies:

  • Can independently handle all accounting, audit, and compliance-related tasks without close supervision.

  • Able to recommend financial strategies, process improvements, and compliance solutions.
  • Detail-oriented, organized, and reliable in managing deadlines.
  • Strong communication skills for coordination with auditors, external agencies, and internal departments.
