Commercial Property Manager

Position Title: Virtual Commercial Property Manager Work Set-up: Work-from-Office Salary: Php 35, Php 45,000.00

Schedule: 9:00 AM – 5:30 PM QLD Time (7:00 AM – 3:30 PM PH Time)

Observed Holidays: Queensland, Australia Holidays

We are looking for a highly professional and organized Virtual Commercial Property Manager to support the day-to-day operations of a well-established commercial property management firm based in Queensland, Australia.

This role provides administrative and coordination support to the licensed principal and the broader local team using Re-Leased property management software.

You will not be required to conduct licensed real estate activities but will be key in maintaining smooth workflows, tenant satisfaction, and accurate property documentation.

Responsibilities as a Virtual Commercial Property Manager:

• Manage lease administration tasks, including renewals, variations, and documentation updates in Re-Leased

• Professionally handle inbound communication from tenants, landlords, and contractors via email and phone

• Coordinate property maintenance and service requests, and ensure timely completion with contractors

• Monitor rent arrears and prepare reminder communications under the principal's guidance

• Maintain and update tenancy schedules, property reports, and compliance documentation

• Support budget preparation, expense tracking, and invoice processing

• Ensure all records are maintained in accordance with company procedures and legal compliance

Qualifications as a Virtual Commercial Property Manager:

• At least 2 years of experience in property management or commercial leasing administration, preferably for Australian clients

• Proficiency in using Re-Leased or similar property management platforms

• Strong written and verbal English communication skills

• Exceptional organizational skills and a keen eye for accuracy

• Comfortable working independently in a remote setup with minimal supervision

• Familiarity with Australian property management standards and workflows is an advantage
