Overview You'll be primarily responsible for the efficient day-to-day operations of an office building, ensuring tenant satisfaction, facility upkeep, and compliance with building policies. This role supports property management activities, coordinates maintenance and service providers, and helps maintain a professional working environment for all tenants. Responsibilities Ensure tenant satisfaction, facility upkeep, and compliance with building policies on a day-to-day basis. Support property management activities and coordinate maintenance and service providers. Help maintain a professional working environment for all tenants. Qualifications A Bachelor's degree in Property Management, Business Administration, Real Estate, Engineering, or a related field. A minimum of 1-3 years of experience in property or facility management, preferably in an office/commercial setting. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for effective interaction with tenants, vendors, and internal teams. Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) and familiarity with property or facilities software. Strong organizational and multitasking abilities to handle diverse responsibilities and deadlines. Must be customer-service oriented with a proactive, hands-on approach to problem-solving and responsiveness. Preferred: PRC license (Professional Regulation Commission).
