Job Summary:

We are seeking a Receptionist who will also provide support as a Property Administrative Assistant for our Property Team. The ideal candidate will have a friendly and approachable personality, while also being professional, detail-oriented, and disciplined. This role requires excellent communication skills, a proactive mindset, and the ability to work independently with minimal supervision.

The successful candidate will play a vital role in front-desk operations and back-office administration, working closely with our Australian Managers, IT, and leadership teams to ensure smooth and efficient operations.

Key Responsibilities:

Receptionist Duties:

  • Answer phone calls professionally and courteously; filter, transfer, and take messages as necessary
  • Attend to all incoming and outgoing calls with a high level of professionalism
  • Use CRM tools for call logging, follow-ups, and managing client information
  • Provide basic administrative support such as data entry and filing
  • Assist other departments with administrative tasks as needed

Property Administrative Assistant Duties:

  • Provide administrative support to the Head of Property Administration and collaborate with other departments, including Finance and Sales
  • Handle electronic correspondence and coordinate with third-party providers and clients
  • Manage workflows and communication through CRM and email platforms
  • Assist with processing Property Contracts and Management Agreements
  • Maintain accuracy and organization of property-related documentation
  • Demonstrate excellent time management, prioritization, and organizational skills
  • Perform other related duties as assigned

Qualifications:

  • A graduate of a Business Administration course or other related fields
  • At least 2 years of relevant experience in administration or office support
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office applications (MS Teams, Outlook, Excel, and Word)
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, including professional phone etiquette
  • Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to work well in a team environment
  • Able to work independently, multitask, and handle pressure effectively

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Php18, Php22,000.00 per month
