-Conduct time studies and gather data on production processes to determine the most efficient methods, and identify bottlenecks and inefficiencies.

-Analyse time study data and other production metrics to recommend productivity improvements.

-Collaborate with production managers, engineers and technicians to develop and implement process improvement initiatives (workflow, machine capacity, material usage, manpower allocation, ergonomics).

-Design and implement work methods, procedures, layouts and material flows to optimise workflow, minimise waste, minimise throw‐rate and conversion loss.

-Develop and maintain accurate time standards for various tasks and operations; maintain production standard and capacity data.

-Create, update and maintain standard operating procedures (SOPs) and work instructions to ensure consistency and efficiency.

-Conduct regular audits to ensure compliance with established standards and procedures; review weekly production efficiency and manpower status reports.

-Assist in production planning via manpower allocation, review of manpower requirements and support manpower review boards.

-Maintain, evaluate, analyse and document manufacturing systems, operations procedures and yearly operations review.

-Provide training and guidance to employees on improved processes, time management techniques, ergonomics and layout optimisation.

-Utilise Microsoft Excel, Word (and other applicable software/tools) to track and monitor productivity metrics, produce reports and maintain records.

-Stay updated on industry trends, best practices and technological advancements in time study, process improvement and manufacturing efficiency.

Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering

With atleast 2 years experience in a manufacturing company preferably in electronics assembly

Familiarity with IE tools such as time study, flow process charts, QC tools, worker movement/layout planning and production planning.

Understanding of ergonomic factors influencing productivity and efficiency in a production/manufacturing environment.

Ability to apply problem‐solving approaches to tackle operational difficulties.

Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel and Word at a minimum).

Good communication skills and engage with cross‐functional teams.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Php20, Php25,000.00 per month
