Responsible for integrating factory machines, PLCs, and shop-floor automation systems with the Manufacturing Execution System (MES). This role ensures seamless data flow between equipment, SCADA/HMI systems, and enterprise platforms to support real-time production monitoring, traceability, and efficiency improvement.

Qualification:

  • Bachelor's Degree in Electronics Engineering, Computer Engineering, Industrial Automation, Mechatronics, IT, or related field.
  • Experience in machine-level automation and control systems.
  • Strong knowledge of PLC programming and control logic (Siemens, Allen-Bradley, Mitsubishi, etc.).
  • Skilled in industrial communication protocols such as OPC UA/DA, Modbus, and EtherNet/IP.
  • Hands-on experience with SCADA/HMI system development and configuration.
  • Experience in data acquisition systems, historians, or industrial databases.
  • Ability to work with cross-functional teams in a manufacturing environment.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Knowledge of MES concepts, production operations, and automation workflows is a strong advantage.
