We're Hiring: Treasury Manager

Location: Quezon City | Schedule: Full-time, On-site

About the Role:

Plans and leads the activities of the department to ensure that the division always provides the highest standards of Treasury Finance services to support its operation, decision-making and policy formulation.

This role contributes for the efficient management company funds and investment, for the timely and accurate reporting of company receivables and revenues and for the timely collection of Company receivables.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement treasury policies, procedures, and strategies to optimize cash management and liquidity.
  • Monitor daily cash positions, forecast cash requirements, and ensure sufficient funding for operations and capital needs.
  • Manage banking relationships, negotiate banking services and fees, and maintain strong partnerships with financial institutions.
  • Oversee short-term investments and ensure compliance with the organization's investment policy.
  • Evaluate and manage financial risks, including foreign exchange and interest rate exposure, using hedging strategies when necessary.
  • Prepare and analyze cash flow reports, financial forecasts, and treasury-related performance metrics for senior management.
  • Ensure compliance with internal controls, company policies, and regulatory requirements.
  • Support financing activities, including loans, credit facilities, and debt management.
  • Lead and develop the treasury team, providing guidance and training as needed.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field (CPA or CFA is a plus).
  • Proven experience in corporate treasury, cash management, or related financial management roles.
  • Strong understanding of banking operations, financial markets, and cash management systems.
  • Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
  • Proficiency in treasury management systems (TMS), financial modeling, and MS Office applications.
  • Strong leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
