Treasury Supervisor Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Banking, or a related field.
  • At least 3–5 years of treasury, cash management, or financial operations experience, preferably in the lending, banking, or financial services industry.
  • Strong knowledge of treasury operations, cash flow management, bank reconciliation, and fund disbursement processes.
  • Familiarity with BSP regulations and other financial compliance requirements is an advantage.
  • Proficient in MS Excel and financial systems; experience with accounting software is a plus.
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and organizational skills with keen attention to detail.
  • Excellent communication and leadership skills, with the ability to supervise and guide a treasury team.
  • High level of integrity, confidentiality, and professionalism.
