The Treasury Supervisor is responsible in managing all operational activities of the Treasury Disbursements involving, but not limited to, check voucher processing, cash position monitoring and fund management. He/she must be able to collaborate and work with other departments and banks in resolving Treasury related issues.

  • Reviews processed check vouchers to ensure correctness of check entries, Payee, amount, check dates and attachments to support the payments.

  • Monitors critical vendors and ensures that those are being paid promptly.

  • Prepares daily cash position, and ensures all check vouchers processed are properly tagged in the CV register before its actual release.

  • Ensures that bank statements are updated daily to support the accuracy of the cash position per brand/entity.

  • Reviews/Validates check vouchers and ensures all disbursements are properly funded prior to its releasing.

  • Ensures all Credit Facilities are renewed and facilitates documentations and requirements submission of new credit lines

  • Develops and maintains a highly motivated, competent, loyal and committed Treasury team that will deliver best results without sacrificing individual work-life balance.
