The Position

Riportando al Regional Sales Manager, sarai inserito all'interno del team dedicato alla proposizione presso gli ospedali e i presidi pubblici/privati delle soluzioni Roche per le microbiologie e le officine trasfusionali.

Nello specifico ti occuperai di

● instaurare relazioni efficaci con i clienti esistenti e potenziali, fungendo da facilitatore e coordinando il contributo delle diverse funzioni aziendali su specifiche opportunità di business;

● perseguire nuove opportunità commerciali con i clienti esistenti e potenziali, in linea con la strategia commerciale;

● contribuire alla migliore Customer Experience per i clienti esistenti.

L'area di lavoro comprende Lazio e Abruzzo.

Chi sei

● Laurea in materie scientifiche (Biologia, CTF, Biotecnologie, etc.);

● Esperienza commerciale nell'ambito healthcare e nella gestione di gare d'appalto pubbliche;

● Spiccate competenze relazionali e di negoziazione;

● Forte attitudine al lavoro in team;

● Residenza nella regione Lazio;

● Conoscenza della lingua inglese.

Completano il profilo dinamicità, proattività, orientamento al cliente, al raggiungimento degli obiettivi e al problem solving. La conoscenza pregressa dei segmenti clienti, o di parte di essi, in cui opera Roche Diagnostics (laboratorio analisi, microbiologia, centro trasfusionale) sarà valutata positivamente.
