JOB SUMMARY:

The Customer Service/Project Management Engineer is responsible for coordinating schedules and flow of information between internal departments, customers and installers for projects assigned to him/her. In addition, he/she is responsible for contract administration as well as technical support for projects.

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Studies Project Specifications and Drawings, New Job Orders, Claims, etc. and request for clarification as necessary. Then prepares the final job Project Information Form (PIF) and arrange for circulation to all the concerned departments.
  • Coordinating and disseminating information relevant to the project to concern departments. (e.g. Schedules, RFI's, new job orders).
  • Liaise with customer on schedules, technical submission (e.g. Approval Drawings, RFI's) new job orders, and Site Maps.
  • Actively maintain / track the latest status on the jobs being processed at various stages.

QUALIFICATIONS:

  • University Degree in Technical Course preferably Civil Engineer.
  • Basic knowledge of computer operations
  • Formal training in Project Management

EXPERIENCE:

  • Minimum 2 years' experience in construction industry preferably in Project Management/Customer Services, Field Management or Operations.
