Key Responsibilities

  • Prepare BIR Form 2307 (Supplier Withholding Tax).
  • Record and file cashbook/petty cash transactions.
  • Process and document Petty Cash Vouchers and Check Vouchers.
  • Monitor petty cash balances and arrange replenishments when needed.
  • Record financial transactions in accounts payable ledgers.
  • Maintain accurate records of payments, receipts, and petty cash.
  • Prepare and process payments for vendors, suppliers, and other parties.
  • Reconcile bank statements to ensure accurate transaction records.
  • Assist in preparing financial statements and reports.
  • Communicate with internal teams and external parties to resolve discrepancies.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's Degree in Accountancy, Financial Management, or a related field.
  • Proficient in English.
  • Fresh graduates with honors are encouraged to apply.
  • Willingness to work on-site at MG Tower II Mandaluyong City.

Employment Details

  • Position Level: Open to fresh graduates; training provided.
  • Work Schedule: Monday to Friday, 9:00 AM – 6:00 PM.
  • Dress Code: Casual attire (formal wear not required).
  • Type of Employment: Full-time.
