What You'll Be Doing

We are seeking an experienced Learning and Development Assistant Manager to join our dynamic team and support the organization's people and operations functions.

What You'll Be Doing

  • Analyze, design, develop, and implement relevant, quality and timely learning and development solutions focused on enhancing the functional, leadership and behavioral skills of employees.
  • Develop programs to ensure that employees are equipped with the critical knowledge and skills that are needed to perform their specific functions as well as onboarding and courses mandated by law to maintain business requirements (compliance and regulatory).
  • The role shall implement programs that will develop the competencies of Subject Matter Experts (SMEs) to become effective trainers.
  • Shall proactively shape and manage learning needs and desired learning culture.
  • Partner with line leaders to understand their learning needs, strategies, and business objectives to prioritize learning solutions to implement.
  • Design, implement, and oversee onboarding, leadership development, compliance training, technical skills training, and professional development programs.
  • Manage company engagement programs and activities.

What You'll Need

· Bachelor's degree in Human Resources Management, Psychology, Industrial Relations or a relevant field.

· Minimum of 5 years of relevant experience in Learning and Development and HR Functions, with at least 3-5 years in a managerial capacity.

· Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

· Strong research, organizational, and planning skills.

· Has an effective communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.

· Has the ability to adapt to different learning styles, motivate and engage employees and solve problems creatively.

· Effectively conveys complex technical concepts in a clear and understandable manner.

· Knowledgeable in MS Office (Word, Powerpoint, and Outlook)

· Ability to handle confidential information with integrity and professionalism.
