Job Description:

Gardenia Bakeries Philippines Inc., the leading and fastest-growing bread brand in the country, is looking for an Assistant Product Manager to drive brand growth and profitability through strategic planning, innovation, and seamless execution of marketing initiatives. This role will oversee product management, advertising, promotions, and sales strategies while ensuring the brand remains competitive and relevant in the market.

Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute strategic and marketing plans for assigned products/brands to drive growth and market share.
  • Collaborate with the Marketing team to monitor sales performance, budgets, profitability, market trends, and consumer behavior, recommending actions for continuous improvement.
  • Lead innovative programs
    to maintain product relevance and competitive advantage.
  • Conduct thorough market trend and customer needs analyses to drive brand expansion and business opportunities.
  • Work closely with cross-functional teams, including Sales, R&D, and Supply Chain, to ensure seamless product execution and brand alignment.
  • Manage the development and execution of advertising, promotional, and sales initiatives to strengthen brand positioning.

Qualifications:

  • Graduate of any four-year course, preferably in Management, Business, Marketing, or any related field.
  • At least three (3) years of experience in product or brand management, preferably handling branded consumer goods.
  • Extensive background and experience in the food or consumer manufacturing industry is an advantage.
  • Strong leadership and managerial skills with the ability to drive projects and teams effectively.
  • Excellent presentation and communication skills for internal and external stakeholders.
  • Exceptional analytical, planning, and problem-solving abilities to navigate a dynamic market.
  • Willing to be assigned in Biñan, Laguna.
