We have an exciting opportunity for Project Coordinators to join one of our US-based clients An established global advisory firm specializing in stakeholder engagement, governance, and communications.

Position Details:

In this role you will be an integral member of our US Corporate Governance Consulting Advisory team. This support will be critical to the planning, preparation and delivery of relevant information.

You will work closely with team members on a daily basis to ensure that information is accurate and delivered in a timely manner to clients.

Key Responsibilities:

Data Entry:

  • Set up, format, and prepare client reports by reviewing and entering relevant data into applicable programs; streamline process where possible
  • Track, review, and consolidate statistical information from various sources into a central database

Project Management and Coordination:

  • Manage project timelines by monitoring all phases of client projects, including daily check-ins with relevant team members; address timeline gaps as necessary to ensure project deliverables remain on schedule
  • Manage internal team calendar and relevant (internal) check-ins.
  • Engage internal and external stakeholders to ensure team authorization access to time-sensitive information

  • Client Contracts and Proposals

  • Manage client contract process from start to finish for all Governance clients, including being responsible for drafting proposals (with support from management) and statements of work, as well as follow ups with clients

  • This also includes liaising with internal and external legal and accounting teams

Additional:

  • Support team members in client requests through research, including benchmarking and assessments

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree
  • Highly engaged and motivated self-starter with the ability to work independently while seeking support when needed; ability to present new ideas
  • Strong sense of accountability and ownership, with high level of attention to detail and accuracy
  • Have a strong track record of working with and being responsive to a variety of stakeholders
  • Exceptional project/time management and organizational skills with ability to manage deliverables in a timely manner, with a keen attention to details
  • Strong team player with comfort in shifting across various tasks throughout the day
  • Proven diligence in work process, including review and manual entry of information
  • 100% integrity, maturity, and sound judgment a must
  • Advanced proficiency in Microsoft 365, with notable comfort in Excel

Additional:

  • Have experience in using Asana or other project management tool
  • Have experience with Salesforce or other CRM platform
  • Have experience with NetSuite or other ERP platform
