Sales & Product Representative

The Sales & Product Representative is responsible for coordinating with the Sales Manager in implementing referral marketing programs and managing operator relations. This role focuses on driving sales performance, ensuring effective lead generation, and supporting both customer and operator onboarding to achieve business objectives.
Primary Duties and Responsibilities:
- Implement effective lead generation strategies to acquire new business opportunities.
- Conduct regular training sessions to enhance the sales team's selling techniques and product knowledge.
- Ensure compliance with the company's Sales Force Program across the internal sales team.
- Monitor sales team performance and assist in meeting sales targets and objectives.
- Develop and deliver engaging presentations for onsite client visits and online meetings.
- Complete sales transactions and achieve monthly goals by providing excellent customer service and product expertise.
- Coordinate the turnover process to machine operators to ensure proper handling and processing.
- Facilitate onboarding for newly hired operators, ensuring understanding of the sales process and company standards.
