Orders2me empowers restaurants to take control of their business with a full suite of ordering and marketing tools, eliminating middlemen and outrageous fees. We provide first-party online ordering, cloud-based POS with various advanced functionalities, and fast, integrated self-service kiosks. From dine-in to delivery, Orders2me helps restaurants own the customer relationship, grow profit margins, and operate smarter.

Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Field Sales Representative based in NYC, Long Island, and New Jersey. The Field Sales Representative will be responsible for identifying and pursuing sales leads, building and maintaining relationships with restaurant owners, conducting product demonstrations, and managing the sales cycle from prospecting to closing deals. Additionally, the representative will provide exceptional customer service and support to ensure client satisfaction and retention.

Qualifications

  • Proven experience in sales, with a focus on relationship-building and customer acquisition
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to conduct product demonstrations and present solutions to potential clients
  • Self-motivated and goal-oriented with excellent time management skills
  • Experience in the restaurant or hospitality industry is a plus
  • Valid driver's license and willingness to travel within the assigned territory
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field is preferred
