
Executive Assistant

The Strategic Executive Assistant will provide high-level, confidential support to the President/CEO, ensuring seamless execution of executive functions and corporate priorities. This role goes beyond traditional administrative support, requiring strong business acumen, organizational excellence, and the ability to anticipate needs, manage critical projects, and support strategic decision-making. The ideal candidate thrives in a fast-paced environment, demonstrates discretion and professionalism, and can confidently interact with senior leadership, clients, and stakeholders.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Manage the CEO's complex calendar, including scheduling meetings, appointments, and international travel logistics.
- Coordinate board and leadership team meetings, prepare agendas, record minutes, and ensure follow-up on action items.
- Track and process expense reports, manage office resources, and provide general administrative support.
- Maintain highly confidential executive files, both physical and digital, ensuring integrity and accessibility.
Strategic & Business Support
- Support the CEO in the preparation and execution of corporate strategic plans, including business plans, annual budgets, and performance reports.
- Conduct research and compile market trends, competitor insights, and relevant data to inform executive decisions.
- Draft, review, and manage executive-level correspondence, reports, memos, and presentations.
- Assist in managing strategic and operational projects—coordinating timelines, tracking deliverables, and ensuring milestones are met.
Stakeholder Management
- Serve as the primary liaison between the CEO and internal teams, board members, clients, and external partners.
- Prioritize and streamline communications to maximize the CEO's productivity and effectiveness.
- Represent the CEO professionally in internal and external engagements when needed.
QUALIFICATIONS:
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Healthcare Management, or a related field.
- Minimum of 5 years supporting a CEO, President, or other C-level executive in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong understanding of corporate strategy, business operations, and executive-level priorities.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
- Exceptional organizational, time management, and multitasking skills.
- Excellent communication (verbal and written) and stakeholder management abilities.
- High degree of discretion, integrity, and professionalism when handling confidential information.
- Willing to work on-site at the Makati office.
