As a total FM, specialized engineering and sustainable real estate solutions service provider, ENGIE offers a comprehensive range of technical, digital and support services customizable to best suit your unique needsKey ResponsibilitiesTo conduct maintenance activities for chilled water systems and provide support to Technical and Quality Services Department (TQSD) under the supervision of the Maintenance Manager. Assist/provide accurate and timely technical evaluation to all equipment related to Plant and Airside operations across other ENGIE sitesTo support monitoring and optimization of plant performance to achieve energy efficiency targets while meeting the facility's cooling demand. Direct supervision of the operations and maintenance of chilled water plants and equipment healthiness in day-to-day tasks. Lead the response to emergency breakdowns of equipment and coordinate with external vendors for immediate resolution. Serve as the primary point of contact for specialized service vendors e.g., chiller OEM. Supervise maintenance team and contractors for routine and emergency repairs, overhaul and system upgrades. Execute and lead the preventive and predictive maintenance programs of all plant equipment. Strong knowledge in analysing system and chiller data (pressure temperature flowrates, for basic BMS readings, and chiller logs including alarms). Monitor and optimize plant performance to achieve energy efficiency targets while meeting the facility's cooling demanCollaborate with the PM team to develop and refine maintenance procedures, spare parts lists, and reliability improvement projects. Generate comprehensive work reports, including root cause analyses (RCA) for failures, and submit them to the PM team for system-wide knowledge sharing. Possess good communication and technical skills to collaborate with other departments and external customers. Prepare and closely follow SOPs of all O&M processes and plant equipment.
