We are looking for an experienced Site Director to lead end-to-end operations, elevate manufacturing performance, and drive strategic growth. You will oversee production, quality, engineering, supply chain, and people operations while building a culture of excellence. This role is ideal for a decisive leader with deep manufacturing expertise and a passion for high-impact operational transformation.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead overall operational strategy and site performance.
  • Oversee production, engineering, quality, supply chain, and facility operations.
  • Implement efficiency, cost reduction, and process improvement initiatives.
  • Establish KPIs and performance targets aligned with organizational goals.
  • Ensure compliance with safety, quality, and regulatory standards.
  • Mentor senior leaders and develop high-performing teams.
  • Drive workforce planning, organizational structure, and leadership development.
  • Collaborate with U.S.-based leadership on reporting and operational alignment.
  • Ensure consistent performance in a hybrid, U.S. night shift work environment.

Qualifications & Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree
    in Engineering, Operations, Manufacturing, Industrial Management, Business, or related field.
  • 10+ years
    in manufacturing/industrial production or BPO, with
    5+ years in senior leadership or director-level roles
    .
  • Expertise in
    lean manufacturing, process optimization, quality systems, and operational excellence
    .
  • Strong experience leading multi-department operations and large workforce teams.
  • Ability to analyze data, set strategic direction, and drive high-impact decisions.
  • Exceptional communication, leadership, coaching, and stakeholder management skills.
  • Previous experience with working in a
    U.S. night shift
    schedule.
