Basic Purpose/Job Summary

To provide administrative support to the Content Aggregation office.

Qualifications

  • Must be a graduate of a Bachelor's degree in Business or Communication
  • Must be knowledgeable in Filipino Films and History
  • Must be knowledgeable in database management and administration
  • Must be able to manage and maintain schedules such as appointments and meetings
  • Must be able to record, transcribe, and distribute minutes of meeting
  • Must be able to handle and manage all incoming calls
  • Must be highly organized and with keen attention to details
  • Must be resourceful and have initiative and common sense
  • Must be able to communicate and negotiate well
  • Must have a good command of the English language both oral and written
  • Must be pleasant with strong interpersonal skills cutting across all levels of an organization
  • Must be adaptable and flexible
  • Must be a team player
  • Must be self-starter, goal and results-oriented, and hard working
  • Must be willing to in Ortigas Center, Pasig City
