Basic Purpose/Job Summary
To provide administrative support to the Content Aggregation office.
Qualifications
- Must be a graduate of a Bachelor's degree in Business or Communication
- Must be knowledgeable in Filipino Films and History
- Must be knowledgeable in database management and administration
- Must be able to manage and maintain schedules such as appointments and meetings
- Must be able to record, transcribe, and distribute minutes of meeting
- Must be able to handle and manage all incoming calls
- Must be highly organized and with keen attention to details
- Must be resourceful and have initiative and common sense
- Must be able to communicate and negotiate well
- Must have a good command of the English language both oral and written
- Must be pleasant with strong interpersonal skills cutting across all levels of an organization
- Must be adaptable and flexible
- Must be a team player
- Must be self-starter, goal and results-oriented, and hard working
- Must be willing to in Ortigas Center, Pasig City
