About the Role

Sanphranthai, a growing Filipino-owned food business specializing in authentic Thai snacks and delicacies, is looking for a driven and enthusiastic Sales & Business Development Associate. This role is perfect for entry-level candidates and fresh graduates eager to gain real-world experience in sales, e-commerce, and food entrepreneurship.

You will be responsible for generating sales online and building business partnerships by finding resellers and distributors who can bring our products to more customers.

What You'll Be Doing

  • Promote and sell Sanphranthai products through online platforms and direct outreach
  • Identify and connect with potential resellers, distributors, and business partners
  • Develop and maintain strong client and customer relationships
  • Assist in creating and implementing sales strategies to grow market reach
  • Report sales performance and insights to the team regularly

What We're Looking For

  • No prior sales experience required — fresh graduates and entry-level applicants are welcome
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Self-motivated, results-driven, and willing to learn
  • Interest in food, e-commerce, or entrepreneurship is a plus
  • Comfortable with commission-based compensation during probation
