Integrated Order Management Specialist

I Order Processing and Verification:

a.      Receiving and accurately entering customer orders into an order management system (ARK, SAP, CMS,).

b.      Requesting change orders or revised purchase orders when necessary.

II Coordination and Communication:

a.      Liaising closely with sales, customer service, warehouse, logistics, finance, and production teams to ensure seamless order fulfillment.

b.      Tracking shipments and keeping Sales Assistant / Salesman/ RH informed.

c Escalating complex issues to higher management or relevant departments when needed.

III Inventory and Supply Chain Management:

a.      Monitoring product availability and allocating stock for orders.

b.      Managing and updating inventory records in coordination with the supply chain team.

c.      Assisting in forecasting and demand planning activities to optimize inventory levels.

IV Problem Resolution:

a.      Identifying and resolving any order discrepancies, issues, or delays promptly.

b.      Troubleshooting problems concerning transportation, logistics, or customer issues.

c.      Managing end-to-end reverse logistics activities for returned goods.

V Reporting and Analysis:

a.      Maintaining accurate and up-to-date order records and documentation.

b.      Generating order and delivery reports for management and analyzing data to identify trends and areas for process improvement.

VI Process Improvement:

a.      Continuously evaluating and improving order management processes to enhance efficiency, reduce errors, and optimize order flow.

b.      Participating in cross-functional meetings to address order-related challenges.

Staying informed about industry best practices and technological advancements in order management systems.
