  • Prepares Journal Entries from Payroll computation list.
  • Checks and summarizes the entries of compensation and expanded withholding tax.
  • Prepares schedule of withholding taxes from GL entries before filing and paying to BIR.
  • Prepares alpha list - (MAP) monthly alpha list of payees for EWT attachment.
  • Consolidate and summarize all sales from branches together with zero rated sales, sales to government, sales returns and output tax. Prepare alpha list (SAWT) as attachment to BIR reports and make the necessary entries needed.
  • Prepares and summarize the entire fix asset purchased/booked for the month and prepare a schedule of fixed assets. If the Total exceeds PIM prepare the amortization schedule for VAT.
  • Prepare the Depreciation Lapsing Schedule every month before preparation of the F/S.

  • Update all book of accounts to be able to prepare regular reports such as but not limited to; Financial statements- Income Statement, Balance Sheet, Bank Reconciliation and ensures its accuracy, completeness and timeliness.

  • Minimum Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field (CPA license is an advantage but not always required).

  • At least 2–3 years of relevant experience in accounting, bookkeeping, or financial management
  • Strong knowledge of accounting principles, tax regulations, and financial reporting standards.
  • Proficient in accounting software (e.g., QuickBooks, SAP, Xero) and MS Office applications, especially Excel.
  • Excellent analytical skills and attention to detail.
  • High level of integrity and ability to handle confidential financial information.
