We are seeking a motivated and organized individual to join our growing team as Finance & Accounting Officer .

Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate with accounting and finance team and prepare financial statements on a monthly basis.
  • Prepare various financial reports and submit it to regulatory agencies
  • Administer all accounting functions for acquisition and integration of processes.
  • Forecast monthly, quarterly and annual results
  • Allocate resources and manage cash flows
  • Conduct profit and cost analyses
  • Maintain budget and reforecast information in the accounting system
  • Ensure all accounting activities and internal audits comply with financial regulations
  • Recommend cost reducing solutions

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance or Economics required
  • Minimum of 5 years' experience in reporting, consolidation all accounting reports
  • Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Office (emphasis on Excel & Access)
  • Strong initiative and ability to manage multiple projects
  • Experience in Construction industry is preferred.
  • Must not be employed and can join immediately
