Qualifications:

  • Graduate or undergraduate in Accounting, Finance, or any related business course
  • At least 1 year of work experience in collection, accounting, or finance
  • Advantage if with field audit / area-based experience Proficient in MS Excel and accounting systems/software
  • Strong numerical accuracy, honesty, and attention to detail
  • Willing to work full-time on-site
  • Residence near the Roymed Office is an advantage

Role & Responsibilities:

  • Receive, verify, and post collections from Sales personnel
  • Prepare deposits (cash & checks) and assist in reconciliation
  • Update receivables and issue Statements of Accounts (SOAs)
  • Maintain audit-ready financial records and reports

Compensation & Benefits:

  • ₱15,300 monthly salary + Performance Incentives
  • ₱1,200 monthly meal allowance (upon regularization)
