The Accounting Assistant supports the organization by maintaining accurate financial records, assisting with bookkeeping, reconciling accounts, preparing financial reports, and managing payroll processes for the company.

Job Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related course
  • Knowledge of basic bookkeeping and payroll processes; familiarity with accounting software preferred
  • Proficient in MS Excel
  • Organized, detail‑oriented, and reliable
  • Previous experience in accounting or payroll is a plus
  • Available to work on‑site in Noveleta, Cavite

Responsibilities:

  • Record and maintain financial transactions (vouchers, invoices, receipts)
  • Reconcile daily and monthly sales and expenses
  • Manage petty cash and track receipts
  • Assist in preparing financial reports and statements
  • Process payroll accurately and on time, including computation of salaries, deductions, and benefits
  • Coordinate with external parties (suppliers, auditors, banks) for billing, payments, and payroll matters
  • Ensure compliance with company policies and statutory requirements (BIR, SSS, PhilHealth, Pag‑IBIG)

Pay: Php18, Php22,000.00 per month
